I’m Jude - strategic growth partner for founder led businesses. I work with business owners who have built something they’re passionate about - and then got a bit stuck. Wearing all the hats, spinning all the plates, in the weeds daily, and wondering when this thing is going to take off. If it’s going to take off.

We go back to the foundations that growth is actually built on. We work out what’s not working, and then we fix it. We keep things simple, we do the basics brilliantly, and we get you ready for the next level.
